No: Not sure what is meant by flutter. Sometimes sputum in the upper airway would cause a noise when breathing.

It is often: difficult to diagnose a flutter sensation with a single EKG which only lasts 10 seconds. Address your concern with your health care provider and obtain a 24 hour or longer monitor to be able to correlate your symptoms with any arrhythmias that may be occurring.

im 30. occasionally when i say alot and am almost about to take another breath, like i've completely exhaled, i feel this flutter almost like need to cough to stay alive. like a tickle in my chest. no prior medical problems, no smoking. normal?

Flutter: This may indicate a transient cardiac dysrhythmia-possible premature atrial or ventricular beat. I suggest wearing an outpatient heart monitor which would record your heart activity for 24-48 continuous hours. You would make note of the time you experience any symptoms. If no flutters occur during that test, arrangements can be made for a longer monitoring period. Discuss this with your physician.

Palpitation treat: Treatments include not using caffeine, alcohol , street drugs, smoking and other stimulant substances. Try to learn meditation and other calming techniques, cut out herbal substances, cough and cold medicines, nutritional supplements, see your doctor to be sure no direct heart problem and for treatment if the basics above don't help.

Normal: This is normal; it may be PVC (premature ventricular contraction of the heart) and is quite normal;.

Need EKG: of course, the obvious answer is you are in a dreamlike state thinking of a beautiful serene beach with your significant other and that would cause anybody's chest to flutter and feel dizziness. If that doesn't explain what's going on then, you may need an examination and work up with either an EKG or what is called an event monitor in order to rule out a rhythm problem with the heart.

Fluttering: You probably are having short groups of extra heart beats. A random ECG could miss these. They are generally benign.  They are worth checking out with your doctor. We have tests that can show them and other possibilities are also present.

May be normal.: If you had a normal ekg while the symptoms were occurring then this is nothing to worry about.  If there is just a single flutter or sensation of a single extra beat  and you have no trouble with exercise then it is very likely benign, but if the sensation lasts longer it might be worthwhile to have a holter or event monitor placed.

is arrhythmia possible if theres no chest pain, fainting or any symptoms? my bmp is always between the normal range unless i move around, but i do feel fluttering or mur murs here & there. no chest pain or any other symptoms?

: Arrhythmia is possible without any symptoms. "fluttering here and there" is too vague to comment upon- does not always follow that these are due to arrhythmia. Best approach is to see a physician and undergo a detailed history and examination. An ECG and/or a Holter monitor  may need to be done.Remember that arrhythmias such as premature beats may occur in the absence of any cardiac abnormality.
