Arrhythmia is possible without any symptoms. "fluttering here and there" is too vague to comment upon- does not always follow that these are due to arrhythmia. Best approach is to see a physician and undergo a detailed history and examination. An ECG and/or a Holter monitor may need to be done.Remember that arrhythmias such as premature beats may occur in the absence of any cardiac abnormality.

Arrhythmia is still possible with minimal to no symptoms. The majority of them are benign, but some may need medical attention. Talk to your doc about your symptoms and your worries.
