Check with surgeon: I would check with your plastic surgeon. They will have a good idea of the swelling and bruising. There is a supplement that some of my colleagues have used called arnica montana which they feel reduces swelling and bruising significantly after surgery. Check with your doctor first. You never never want to take anything your surgeon does not know about.

Breast tissue: It's not a good idea to use breast tissue to transfer to other areas of the body for several reasons. Especially in young women, the breast is actually made up of mostly glandular tissue with less fat. These cells make milk so cannot be transferred. Additionally with breast cancer risk, transfer of breast tissue would be a bad idea-if these cells later develop cancer it may be hard to diagnose/tx.

The ultimate filler: Fat transfer, aka fat injection, lipoinjection, etc., is a tried and proven procedure (I've been using it for 25 years) where your own fat is taken from one place (e.g. your tummy) and grafted by injection to an area that needs filling, usually the face.  Fat is the gold standard of fillers: safe, inexpensive, never rejected and much longer lasting than commercial fillers once it "takes".
