Depends: Fat transplants need to be protected while they are revascularizing. The length of time will depend on the amount of the transfer. Check with your doctor to be sure.

Typically after: a fat transfer, you should be able to resume all normal activities at around 4 weeks post op. However, you will need to get actual approval and time frames from the surgeon who performed the procedure to know for certain.
