Breast tissue: It's not a good idea to use breast tissue to transfer to other areas of the body for several reasons. Especially in young women, the breast is actually made up of mostly glandular tissue with less fat. These cells make milk so cannot be transferred. Additionally with breast cancer risk, transfer of breast tissue would be a bad idea-if these cells later develop cancer it may be hard to diagnose/tx.

No: Breast tissue, especially in younger females, is mostly white fibrous rubbery tissue, not actually fat. This tissue wouldn't be used to place elsewhere in your body. If you want fat in certain areas, such as your buttocks, it can be suctioned from your legs and/or abdomen and be moved to augment your buttocks. Call a local plastic surgeon to see if you can be seen in consultation for this.

Lipo breasreductions: It sounds as if you are talking about having a liposuction breast reduction which is an entirely different subject into itself. When performing liposuction the vast majority of extracted tissue will be fat and this is where i must respectfully disagree with my colleagues answers below. While i understand the basis of their concerns, I am not sure if breast tissue can be transferred via liposuction.

Not recommended: Breast tissue is full of milk producing glands which should not be transferred to another part of the body.
