Shouldn't: No elective surgical procedure should be done on the breasts, including fat transfer, during breastfeeding. The system should be allowed to settle for 3 months or more after weaning before any elective procedure.

Absolute No-no: Elective surgery of the breasts should always be delayed until all milk production has stopped. If you have a concern about your breasts, go see a doctor know and learn about the options. Most plastic surgeons recommended waiting 3-6 months after milk production has stopped before any elective breast surgery. For breast cancer, the risk of earlier surgery is taken and more complications occur.

Hi. It is possible to undergo fat transfer breast augmentation while still breastfeeding. The ducts associated with the nipples will remain unaffected during the procedure, which means that the surgery will not affect your ability to breastfeed.
