Yes.: High meat diets are high in fat.  High protein diets, and high fat diets (and you can be doing both) increase your risk of cancer, high animal protein diets even more than vegetable protein diets.  The craze for high protein low carb diets, was found in a study to lead to the appearance of heart disease 10 years sooner.  Back off.  Eat more veggies and fruits and good carbs.

Slower vs fast: Sauteeing  involves cooking meat using a small amount of oil or fat but you can cook the meat in its own fat or juices without adding extra oil or fat. Whereas pan frying involves heating a piece of meat quickly and frying on both sides at hot temperature. It involves using greater amounts of oil or fat to crisp the outside of the meat.

Garlic: Garlic is EXCELLENT for our health!  It can help lower blood pressure (acts like an ACE inhibitor), help fight infections, and may help lower cholesterol.  Unfortunately, cooking garlic diminishes it's efficacy.

Well....: It's not a new questions and really depends on the personal opinion of the responder. I personally prefer not to eat it, although, I have no religious or other philosophical reasons to do so. It is less healthy than, say, poultry or beef. There is some research and human body doesn't have enzymes to process pork meat. This or another reason is why pork was banned in the bible for israelites.

Yes: There is no net nutritional value from either meat or milk.  The "protein" in meat and "calcium" in milk is negated by the fats, cholesterol, and hormones/chemicals.  You can get all the limited nutritional value from either meat or milk plus far more from fruits, vegetables, beans, nuts, and whole grains.  Dozens of studies over the last 20 years have shown this to be true.
