Yes.: High meat diets are high in fat. High protein diets, and high fat diets (and you can be doing both) increase your risk of cancer, high animal protein diets even more than vegetable protein diets. The craze for high protein low carb diets, was found in a study to lead to the appearance of heart disease 10 years sooner. Back off. Eat more veggies and fruits and good carbs.
