Use this information to decide how it fits into the calorie count for your particular needs and desired weight loss. To lose weight, you must decrease calories.

Sucralose: New studies have been published indicating that people who drink at least one diet soda per day have 3 fold risk for having dementia or stroke. Sucralose was one of the sweeteners on the list. I would not worry about having eaten one yogurt.

No: Greek yogurt is nutritionally equivalent to other yogurts.  It has a different texture and some like the taste a little better and currently is very much in vogue.  If your balanced diet includes a cup of daily yogurt, then by all means go for it.

So, some people who stay the same weight eat more than they use on some days, and less than they use on other days... but it averages over time, so that they are eating and using the same number of calories. Exercise at least 30 minutes each day.
