Yes: This is pretty good for anyone including kids. Another healthy snack is popcorn as long as it isn't doused in butter or overloaded with salt.

Sure: Sounds pretty good. Remember however that everything in moderation because everything has calories. But fruits and vegetables are great healthy snacks..Good job.
