Motrin and Tylenol (acetaminophen): Combining Ibuprofen (motrin) and Acetaminophen (tylenol) works well for otc pain relief.  They each work on different pain receptor sites making them synergistic.  Pay particular attention to the maximum doses for each medication.

Ibuprofen: Ibuprofen and orajel until you see your dentist, hopefully sooner than later. Also swishing with salt solution and listerine might help a little too.

The best pain drug?: Believe it not, there is no one "best pain drug". Different medications work differently for each individual. One patient will tell me "it did nothing for me" while another says it "knocked them out" (same medication and dose). Actually, the best pain relief is: see your dentist for treatment. That works 100% of the time.

You could, but,: Yes, you could call 911, but should you?  Calling 911 for a toothache will likely not provide much help in alleviating your pain.  Your best option would be to call a dentist who can diagnose and treat your problem.

Have it examined: This tooth may need root canal therapy. The filling may have been deep. Did your dentist mention anything to you when it was restored? I always prepare my patients for this when deep restorations are placed. It may also be something simple like a bite adjustment or the filling may have cracked.

Why not: If  by a ; e you mean emergency services, yes, they can give you something for the pain but you would still need to see a dentist in order to properly treat the cause of the problem.

Adrenaline rush: The anesthetic has Epinephrine causing an adrenaline rush. Ask the dentist to use anesthesia with no epinephrine.

Pain post filling: The pain that is still present six weeks after filling could be either from a high filling or if the cavity was deep and close to the nerve of the tooth. You should go back to your dentist for a evaluation soon. It should bot hurt if everything is ok.

Check Bite: If you just had a filling on another tooth,  the discomfort may be due to the bite being off. Go back to the dentist and have them adjust the bite if needed.
