Yes and no: Blebs are best seen on ct scans of your chest, but nothing (short of a prior history of "rupture") can reliably predict future rupture.

Very painful: Fortunately, bladder rupture is very uncommon. Most commonly from very severe abdominal trauma in presence of a distended bladder, such as steering wheel injury during an automobile accident. Occasionally occurs in patients who have undergone bladder enlargement surgery.

Painful: The spleen lies just under the diaphragm on the left side so when it ruptures the blood gets under the diaphragm causing significant pain with each  breath and sometimes into the left shoulder blade area additionaly blood will run down left side causing pain along left side even into pelvis. It is usually very painful.

Pain: A ruptured cyst can indeed be very painful and it may result in spasms depends on where the cyst is located. It is imperative though that any spasmodic back pain is evaluated by your doctor to rule out any other worrying cause

Usually: Any internal bleeding within the abdominal cavity tends to irritate the lining of the cavity, simulating peritonitis, and causing significant pain.  On rare occasion, a "contained rupture" of the spleen may occur which is not painful, only to "open up" days top weeks later.

: An ovarian follicle can enlarge, and just prior to rupture, will cause pain.  See your GYN physician, as more testing may be required, and polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) may be the cause.

: The ruptured ovarian cyst fluid can be highly irritating to the lining of the body cavity(peritoneum) until it is eventually resorbed. Talk to your GYN MD to see if additional follow up is needed or pain Rx.

Ovulation: A small ovarian cyst ruptures every time you ovulate. Cysts can come in all sizes and are not necessarly painful if they rupture.

Recurrent collection: The ruptured ovarian follicle can reseal at the site of rupture and recollection of fluid-infected vs non infected can occur based on the cause of original cyst. If you have some bad odor contain. Discharge along with abdominal pain , need to be ruled out of tubovarian abscess/endometriosis related cyst. Not sure whether any dark altered color dc. Comes which sugg. Endometriosis. Consult gyanec.
