There is some association between alcohol and kidney stones, though not conclusive, but the idea is that the increased urine output from alcohol causes dehydration, which promotes kidney stone formation.  The hip/groin is the classic referred pain area for "renal colic", as it's called.

If one falls unconscious in a cold environment, one may actually end up with severe hypothermia.

Alcohol thins the blood. This means that it does not clot so easily and too much alcohol, affecting the liver, can lead to easily bruising and such.

But, drinking alcohol is also dehydrating. You pee off more fluid than you consume...Which can make the blood thicker and thus lead to slowing..
