Complicated: Iscd 2010 study ranked etoh as most harmful of all drugs (eg, cirrhosis of the liver, fas, esophageal varices, dementia, premature aging, etoh poisoning ; death, car accidents, crime ; violence). Some argue that in older folks a drink or two (esp red wine) has some health ; psych'l benefits. However, there are far better ; healthier ways to get same benefits.
