Probably.... But: Depends of what sort of procedure you have had in the past
Tubes can be repaired at times
But please be aware that if you are doing that for the purpose of getting pregnant, you might need to be aware that such procedures might leave scars and this might cause some trouble like difficulty in getting pregnant or ectopic pregnancy (pregnancy outside the womb) Please discuss it with your Gynecologist

Allergies: Allergies, depending on their severity can be a nuisance but also if severe can result in significant comorbidities, such as sinusitis, asthma, ear infections, etc. See an allergist, get tested and identify what triggers your symptoms and discuss a treatment plan with your doctor.

Neither: Nothing in preparation h that works for anything other than as a lubricant and I do not use tucks wipes or any adult wipe with lanolin, alcohol or witch hazel. You do not say what your problem is so i can not offer alternative suggestions with the information you have submitted.

Antidepressants: Despite the claims of some drug reps, there's really no one antidepressant that is "better" than all others.  It's more a case of selecting the one that works best for each individual.  This is often guided by target symptoms one wants to diminish, plus side effects one wants to avoid.  Please talk with your psychiatrist about what you're experiencing.  Some changes can be made.

Witch Hazel: Although Witch Hazel has been used as a cleanser, anti-inflammatory, and tonic, in your case it sounds like there is a well formed scab. In that situation the Witch Hazel may only serve to dry out the skin.

i got my first ever sonogram on april 15 it says i was 2w6d but my due date is november 22, 2013 what went wrong? or witch one is correct.

December 31: If you were 2 weeks 6 days on april 15, then your due date should be dec 31. This would be a change from your due date by last menstrual period. If your due date by periods and ultrasound are off by one week then you use the ultrasound dates. Maybe your period was just off.

Stethoscope: I old sprague-rappaport stethoscope is the one i had throughout medical school and early in my career and was just fine. I have never seen or heard a real difference. Any difference is likely not appreciable by normal human hearing.

my baby is 11 weeks old i breastfeed & formula feed but when i give him more formula he goes 1 1/2 with a stool. shold i chage formula to witch one?

It's okay if he has : A bm every couple of days as long as his stools are not hard pebbles. Formula-fed babies generally have firmer stools than breast-fed babies. Breast-fed babies can have several loose-ish stools/day or every few days. If  he has soft stools, there's no need to change the formula.

can aftershave help (such as witch hazel or balm) with pre existing hair defects? one doctor told me it could but i haven't tried it yet.

Hair loss ?'s: There is no evidence that "after shave" lotions, etc., can provide a remedy for hair loss.  Get some over the counter minoxidil containing treatments at your local drug store, which may reduce the rate of loss.
