hello sirs how can i control my thoughts at night during sleep to prevent anxiety. i have meditation but wasn't able to control them?

Sleep Hygiene: Shutting down your brain at night is easy for some, but difficult for others. If you already use meditation, try pmr (progressive muscle relaxation).I recommend a 20 minute guided pmr--many are found on itunes, such as one by dr. Beth salcedo. In addition, there are many books out there written about how to have good "sleep hygiene"--the art of getting good rest.

any tips on how to prevent shoulder pain during sleep?

Sleep on your back: Avoid sleeping on your shoulders, or sides.  Try to keep arms down to your side.  Don't sleep on your stomach.  To help keep your arms to your sides, and not above your head, wrap your arms with  soft pillows and safety pin them on.  This will weigh your arms down a little, and you will be less likely to sleep with them above your head.

how likely is it to get broken heart syndrome during sleep paralysis from intense fear? what can be done to prevent this?

: This is quite an unlikely scenario. Intense fear can precipitate a heart attack in those with significant coronary artery disease but this would not fall into the category of Takotsubo syndrome.

i often have dreams while sleeping that prevents me from feeling rested when i wake up.  is their anything i can so to stop dreaming at night?

We need to dream: to blow off the steam of the day.  Your goal can be to have more pleasant dreams.  You can start by giving yourself that suggestion before you go to sleep.  Also, reflect on what might be bothering you otherwise and try to come to terms w/that.  Peace and good health.

if my 1 yr baby has fever (more than 39 degrees) while sleeping,do i have to wake her up?do i have to check every thirty minute after giving ibuprofen

Fever...: The fever is a symptom. She is on antibiotics, so I imagine you saw her pediatrician and she started treatment for some now known illness?  The fever itself is not dangerous; it does not even need to be treated except to provide comfort to your baby if it is making her miserable.  If she is sleeping, let her sleep. rest is good.  If the fever is persisting beyond 2 days on rx'd meds, reevaluate.

2yrs m. symptoms of uri, started as head cold. 95o2 hr125 bspm28-30 (while sleeping) low fever last night. has progressed to 102.5 rectal. just gave 5ml motrin. acting and looking ill. only drinking water. hospital? watch close? suggestions?

Yep: Calcium carbonate also quite cheap and tastes a bit better (tums (calcium carbonate) or equivalent).
