Fever...: The fever is a symptom. She is on antibiotics, so I imagine you saw her pediatrician and she started treatment for some now known illness? The fever itself is not dangerous; it does not even need to be treated except to provide comfort to your baby if it is making her miserable. If she is sleeping, let her sleep. rest is good. If the fever is persisting beyond 2 days on rx'd meds, reevaluate.
