No: They are both nsaids but Celebrex has the active ingredient celecoxib, and ibuprophen contains the active ingredient  Ibuprofen sodium or solubilized ibuprofen. Even the buffers are entirely different.

Depending on cause, Ibuprofen may not be right medicine.  Also, prolonged intake can lead to serious adverse effects.

Anti-inflammatories like ibuprofen/aspirin, Naproxen sodium, etc. All have the chemical effect to reduce this natural inflammation.  For healing wounds, this is a bad effect as it slows healing. For arthritis/strains/, it is good.

Probably not.: An 81 mg asa is probably ok if you are taking it daily to prevent recurrent heart disease, but taking full strength Aspirin and Ibuprofen together is probably not any more helpful than either of them alone and at least twice as harmful.

You can't.: If you're allergic to one NSAID (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug), it's safest to avoid all of them.  Each reaction can be worse than the one before, and you could have a life-threatening reaction.

Probably Bad!: If you are having headaches that frequently, chances are good that it is a migraine which responds to nsiad's like you are taking. More likely you are creating a rebound situation which is worsening the situation. I suggest a medical workup of your headaches to see if there is a serious issue or if they can be prevented or better treated.
