Claritin (loratadine) / Ibuprofen: There are no known interactions between Claritin (loratadine) and Motrin (ibuprofen). However, this does not necessarily mean no interactions exist. Check with your doctor before making this combination. Much like aspirin, there may be a risk of reye's syndrome in children under twelve taking ibuprofen. Watch for signs of uncontrolled vomiting and mental status changes.
