No: They are both nsaids but Celebrex has the active ingredient celecoxib, and ibuprophen contains the active ingredient Ibuprofen sodium or solubilized ibuprofen. Even the buffers are entirely different.

No!: It does have more side-effects than Celebrex! Not as good for pain mg for mg either!
