Probably Bad!: If you are having headaches that frequently, chances are good that it is a migraine which responds to nsiad's like you are taking. More likely you are creating a rebound situation which is worsening the situation. I suggest a medical workup of your headaches to see if there is a serious issue or if they can be prevented or better treated.
