See opthalmologist : there are a number of reasons why this could happen some people have low levels of fluid in the eye leading to flashes this could be a retinal migraine in any event you must see an ophthalmologist not an optician but an MD for the eye. They can test and see if there is any structural abnormality.

Oxygen saturation should never go below 90%

Yes: If you're not physically fit or if the amount of walking you did was way more than your legs are accustomed to, then this is probably the reason why they are hurting. Take some rest, elevate them, warm bath and good gentle massage may relieve the pain.

The best!: Walking is the exercise! fish swim, birds fly, land-based mammals walk. Except for last 50 years, we spent most of our time standing/walking.
