Walking is good.: We shouldn't devalue the benefit of brisk walking as a whole body cardiovascular exercise which is low-impact and healthy benefits. Aerobics don't have to be strenuous to be helpful. A daily brisk walk, say 30 minutes, will help with weight loss, heart health and improvement of many medical conditions. Walking at night alone worries me, though. Better accompanied or in well populated area.
