Eat a variety of vegetables, salads, fruits, dairy products, whole grains. Diet need not be exact every day. Your body stores nutrients for weeks to months. One exception may be vitamin D. Vitamin B: The b vitamins, b1, b2 and b6 are all water soluble and, therefore, are not stored in the body. If you take more than the daily requirement of each of these, you will urinate them out. If you eat a balanced diet, you probably do not need to take vitamins. If you do not, take a generic multi-vitamin pill take has all the b vitamins as well as vitamin c.

Yes: A multivitamin will seldom supply optimal levels of vitamin c, so i often advise that people take additional vitamin c. Some people will benefit from higher intake of b complex than many multivitamins provide and there is no danger in taking an additional b complex. There is no harm in taking lots of b's except limit b6 to 250 day. Excessive Folic Acid may be harmful- see my comment.

See below: Cerefolin contains B12, folate, (folic acid) Riboflavin and pyridoxine. You may take Vitamin B complex and muti-vitamin with and you will be taking some of the same vitamins multiple times. Unless you have a specific condition and/or deficiency of a particular vitamin taking vitamin supplements has not been shown to improve health.

Too many: There're too many conditions that can cause these symptoms to be able to differentiate from just a list. You should be physically examined, have your health history and medication history evaluated, you may need x-rays, you may need lab tests. See BOTH your General Physician and your General Dentist to begin the diagnostic process.

: Unless you are allergic to some ingredient in the pill, it is not a likely cause of your symptoms. In general, drink enough water so that your urine is mostly colorless.

NO: B vitamins by definition are nutrients essential to good health and at least 75% of Americans do not get adequate B vitamins from their diet. The only possible damage known to occur from B vitamins is neuropathy from taking 500 mg/day or more of B6 for many months, though I advise not taking more than 200 mg/day to be cautious. This damage is reversible on stopping it. No B complex has that much.
