Bowel sounds: This sounds entirely normal. Gas bubbles and pockets are normal in the intestines and you're just pushing the gas around. It will eventually pass out your rectum by farting. If you also have abdominal pain or abnormal bowel movements (diarrhea, constipation, cramping, etc), check with your doctor.

Stomach: The structure you're pressing is likely your stomach, maybe your colon. It sounds like it's filled with gas. This is often due to swallowing air (stomach)  and is often a sign of irritation. The sound is call "borborygami" and is an intestinal sound. Something's going on! Could be infection, parasite, ulcer, colitis, gastritis and many others. You need some testing.

Borborygmi!: Every now and then, we all have noisy abdomens.  This is the normal sound of gas moving through your bowels.  If you have excess gas, check your diet for changes.

Borborygmi: rumbling sounds caused by gas moving through the intestines, commonly referred to as stomach "growling"). Pronounced bor-boh-rig-mee. The singular is borborygmus.

when i drink water, i always hear gurgling sounds on mu left lower quadrant? why is the sound coming from there and not in the midde of my abdomen. its supposed to be there , right? is this a sign of intestinal obstruction ?

: No. Signs&amp; symptoms of intestinal obstruction include severe abdominal cramps, abdominal distension,difficulty passing gas or stool and may include vomiting. I feel you're hearing normal intestinal peristaltic small intestinal or colon  contractions provoked by drinking or eating.

Fluid in ear: Those symptoms suggest you have fluid in the ear or sinuses or both.  It's a common complication of a cold.  If you're otherwise healthy and not having high fevers, you can try over-the-counter decongestants for a few days to see if it clears.    If not, it's sometimes helped with antibiotics.  I'd seek help right away, though, if you get a fever over 100, or you have loss of hearing.

what causes super fast tapping sound in both ears and one ear feels full. i only hear the tapping when my ear is on pillow but it happens on both ears now. and have lower leg edema as soon as wake up after foot elevation night what the heck going on?

: If I put those symptoms together, a systemic disease is strongly suspected so I would recommend a physical check-up as soon as possible. In the mean time, you need to restrict salt and fluid intake. Definitely no added salt on your foods and limit fluid intake (all sources) to less than 1,200 cc (1.2 liters or 42 oz)/day.
