Possibly: Plantar fasciitis. In medicine, we use terminology to describe locations like proximal, distal, medial, lateral. This is a way for us to MAP out a location. I do not know what is meant by "far side". Try icing the bottom of the foot and wearing an arch support. Stay away from flats. If pain persists see the foot doc.

my left foot on the inside of the foot is so painful i can hardly walk. what can i do. my ultrasound and xray is 2 days i can't stand the pain?

ER/Urgent Care: If the pain is that severe, than I would recommend going to an ER or urgent care center and having the xray at least done. You dont mention if there was an injury, but if there was iit could be a fracture.

hi, i am having pain with my left foot on the joint of my 2nd toe where my toe meets my foot. by the end of the day i can hardly walk. i wear orthotics, but had been wearing hiking sandals for a while because it is so hot out. my pain is causing me to limp and then its a ripple effect to making my back hurt etc.

Urgent Care: I would suggest a Podiatry and Urgent Care appointment. From your description, a fracture is possible. 
Avoid stress on the area, local ice and elevate the foot. Motrin may be used for pain. The Podiatrist will assess your footwear.

i stepped on the handles of a bosu ball while hopping on and off the sides. my left foot now hurts when i walk on it. how to relieve pain/ what is it?

Contusion: This could be a contusion, a foot strain, or a stress fracture. I would rest the foot as much as possible for a few days, wear a good supportive stiff soled shoe when walking, ice the painful area from time to time, and take an anti-inflammatory. If pain does not resolve after a few days, I would see a podiatrist.

Depnds: A corn is usually a pressure phenomena.  So sometimes in simple cases, simply modifying your shoe wear can help, or even the use of an orthotic.  In severe cases, a corn can indicate a structural problem in the foot that may even need surgery.  Consider being seen.  Thank you for your question.

i step into a soetdoring thorn. went into my left foot in the cushion.nothing broke off. my foot is swolen that i battle to walk. what can i drink? anti inflamatory ? celestamin ?

Get evaluated: Unfortunately such injuries sometimes result in germs from the thorn or within the components of the shoe entering deep into your foot. If these germs take hold you could easily end up with a raging deep infection that requires IV antibiotics or surgical drainage to cure. I would seek out an evaluation now. Early treatment may stop it from progressing to a serious problem.

Strain: Acute onset of low back pson agter bending over number ine DX is muscular strain with or without spasm normal course is 6 weeks of improving pain to 80% better with reoccurences with similar activities many therapies sbsilable but time is the primary and consistant healer. Seek doctor neurolgic symptoms develop like leg pain numbness tingling or weakness.

Perhaps there is: More pressure exerted on nerve or fascia on the ball of your left  foot due to limping causing the pain. Best wishes:).

Be seen: If you did not injure it but your foot is swollen and tender, I would sure be seen.  Possible causes could include an inflammatory or infectious process or even a blood clot.  An exam and appropriate studies can likely quickly determine the cause.
