i have had tinnitus in one ear for id say 5 days. no dizziness or balance issues, no flu. its the same ear i was operated on when i was 10 where my ear drum was stitched because there was a hole in it. what would you recommend i do?

See a Dr.: Tinnitus is typically a middle ear problem. It is frequently caused by lack of sleep, depression, anxiety, and stress. Other underlying causes include: Exposure to very loud sounds on a regular basis, ototoxicity from meds (aspirin, diuretics, gentamycin, vincristine. See your Dr if this continues. Testing can be done.

chronic dizziness following a cold. also have pressure/discomfort in one ear, but the ent says no fluid there. what could cause that if there isnt fluid?

Ear pressure: I suspect blockage of the eustachian tube which connects the back of the nasal canal to the middle ear. This can cause vertigo, imbalance or other types of dizziness. If that nasal passage feels congested, irrigate it gently with clean warm salt water or spray the canal with a nasal decongestant spray to shrink the congested nasal membrane.

feeling dizzy and everything sounds funny in my head. cause for concern? a few weeks ago i had a cold that made me lose my hearing in one ear for days

Viral infection : Inasmuch as you had a cold (viral infection), the most likely cause of the hearing loss is what is now called sudden sensorineural hearing loss.  This is a sudden loss of hearing (usually in one ear) that occurs over a period of 24-72 hours.  The treatment is either oral steroids or injection of steroids into middle ear.  You are lucky that the hearing returned.

blocked ear when i put my head back which causes hearing loss, clears when i lean forward. keep getting dizzy spells & ringing in my ear. am i ok?

Serous otitis media: You are describing symptoms of fluid behind the ear drum which moves when you move your head forward and backwards.  Change in hearing, dizziness and ringing in your ears all can be caused by this condition, serous otitis media.  Vertigo is caused by an inflammation of the semi-circular canals behind the ear drum and resolves when treated.  See your physician for treatment.

i just woke up intensely dizzy with my ears leaking fluid. if a csf leak was happening, would it only be in one ear? vestibular cause more likely?

Need for examination: Fluid leaking from the ear is a serious issue and you should see your doctor asap and if that is not feasible, go to an emergency room for an evaluation.

im having a bacterial ear infection . so the doctor gave me a ciplox -d ear drops . whenever i put those ear drops inside my ear ...i feel dizzy sudd?

Cold drops?: If the drops are cold when you put those in your ear, it could cause dizziness. See if letting the fluid warm  to room temperature, before putting it in your ear helps.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine, if you are under 27 years of age.

good afternoon, i have been sick since saturday evening, no covid, but upon blowing my nose my ear popped loudly. since i was 9, tubes were put in my ears 3 x's ending at the age 14, both eardrums are cracked. nausea, dizziness, headaches turn into migraines and unbalance question is, usually my ear pops back after a day or so, but it's been 4 days and still feels like it's clogged. should i use debrox to unclog or get checked for possible vertigo? possibly both?

Eval: You will need an actual consultation to address this.  You can do this through your own provider or possibly through telemedicine.  The PE  tubes usually help to equalize pressure from middle ear (they go through tympanic membrane). The tubes do not treat problems with ear wax.  An evaluation would be necessary to answer your questions.

Chronic vertigo: Is difficult to treat, sometimes called meniere's disease.  Sometimes antihistamines, sterioids, or vitamin b series helps.  Consult with a neurologist for details.

my ear feels stuffy,hurts, i feel dizzy,and has a ringing noise. i put peroxide in my ear and now it feels like it is stuck. what should i do?

Consult doctor: Need to work out whether ear infection, or viral illness with middle ear congestion. Peroxide is fairly irritating to the ear canal and so will need to now check no further damage has occurred plus try and diagnose the exact cause of your ear pain.  Recommend urgent doctor examination by practitioner licensed in your area.

my ear feel pressured and i have dizziness, and headache and neck pain. i have fainted and told i have vertigo. 
can vertigo cause all this?

Vertigo is a symptom: Vertigo is a symptom, not a disease. It describes dizziness in which you feel the room is spinning around you as opposed to being unsteady. There are certain processes that can cause ear pressure, vertigo, and fainting. One that comes to mind is meniere's disease (fainting in this situation is called drop attacks). A ENT visit is warranted.
