Warm compresses : Or warm soaks May resolve.
If redness spreading or tenderness increasing or fever may need antibiotics or if abscesses May need drainage or excision( unusual)

i had a mosquito land on the top of my hand right on my vein. i smacked it and killed it. about 4 hours later my hand is swollen in that spot and sore?

Trauma: Depending on how hard you smacked your hand, you may have damaged the blood vessels and there may be a bleeding into the tissues. Apply ice to the area and keep it elevated. It is not likely to be due to mosquito bite.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine, if you are under 27 years of age.

missed the vein when doing an injection of pain medication.  the hand is swollen hot and blistering. what does this mean?

Urgent care or ER : Did a health care facility inject you ? You should return to them for help. If you we're self injecting something, go to urgent care now for exam and treatment.  It may be a cellulitis and may need bandages with soaks and possible antibiotics. Kelp clen cool moist cloth on it until you get there and elevate.

i hurt my hand some time during the night it's not swollen but hurts to move it around the pink and shots pain down to my elbow ?

Temporary strain: In all likelihood you slept with your hand/arm twisted or compressed some way in bed. This is very common; you may have compressed a nerve.  If you have not experienced this before it can be surprising how long the discomfort can last once you are up and moving it into different positions. It should not last a day. If it does, or longer especially, see you doctor for evaluation. Good wishes:)

Need diagnosis: Certainly if you hurt your hand and it is painful, you need to be seen and likely get an X-ray.  If you have a fracture a cast or splint will likely be needed.  Some displaced fractures even need surgery.  Be seen to get an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment for your injury.

It could be broken: I personally have had broken hand bones and didn't know it until later when i had an x-ray.  It may be a good idea to see a doctor for an x-ray, just to be sure.

: Gentle Ice Compress for 5 to 10 minutes at a time, OTC pain medication of choice - Tylenol, Aleve, Ibuprofen... Rest and avoid using it until seen tomorrow for appropriate medical management

Hands can get infected and various conditions such as vascular or inflammatory processes can effect the hands to cause pain.
