Urgent care or ER : Did a health care facility inject you ? You should return to them for help. If you we're self injecting something, go to urgent care now for exam and treatment. It may be a cellulitis and may need bandages with soaks and possible antibiotics. Kelp clen cool moist cloth on it until you get there and elevate.

CELLULITIS: The solution you injected got into the surrounding tissues causing an inflammatory reaction with redness and swelling. This is called cellulitis. You may require antibiotics. Elevation is important and follow up with your treating physician.
