: One cigarette is not likely to expose you to serious risk.  However, now that you are off this poison/tobacco, do not go back to using tobacco.
For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.

See your doctor!!: Blood in sputum should always be evaluated.  Depending on your age, there is always concern that blood may represent something serious.  It is most frequently just inflammation from smoking, but more serious conditions, particularly cancer (in older individuals with longer smoking histories) must be ruled out. Cough and sputum production may be present for 1-2 months after stopping. Congrats!!

Distract yourself: You were a light smoker, but could still be dependent on nicotine. Plus the daily routine of having a cigarette can be habit-forming - a psychological way to keep you doing it. The key is to teach yourself to get through the day. Cravings can be like hunger pains - wait awhile and they go away! so, make a list of things you can do instead of smoke. If it's hard, nicotine gum or lozenge can help.

Throw them away: You did an amazing job, quitting smoking for 6 months! that is hard work, and you should be proud. Many smokers have memories of having a smoke when they were stressed, or in certain situations. They associated the cigarette with feeling better...But that's not what really happens. If you slip and smoke after quitting, don't get down on yourself. Throw them away instead of all your hard work.
