Throw them away: You did an amazing job, quitting smoking for 6 months! that is hard work, and you should be proud. Many smokers have memories of having a smoke when they were stressed, or in certain situations. They associated the cigarette with feeling better...But that's not what really happens. If you slip and smoke after quitting, don't get down on yourself. Throw them away instead of all your hard work.
