Vertigo: Usually due to, a, dysfunction of the inner ear, perhaps viral.  Try bonine.

when my connective tissue disease flares, i get  so tired my breathing slows & then temporary stops at night & i wake up dizzy repeately in the night?

Doesn't fit: Even if connective tissue diseases flare, the respiratory muscles work. Stopping the normal breathing cycle is not part of the flare. Stopping to breath at night suggests sleep apnea. On the other hand, the symptom of dizziness suggests hyperventilation or anxiety. It's important to have these symptoms checked out by your doctor.

i go dizzy head pounds and my legs tingle all at the same time everytime i stand. even when i get up slow. and i go dizzy when i move my head sideways?

Low blood pressure: Check your blood pressure. This is a sign of ortho static  hypotension, commonly called low blood pressure.

i have a fear of laying flat or leaning backward in dental chair worried or will cause dizzy or vertigo i seem to get more lightheaded when i have to ?

Lying Down: Do you lie down when you sleep, or are you propped up with pillows? The dental chair reclines only so far, and it is less than lying down in bed. Your dentist needs access to visualize your teeth and that really can't be done while you are sitting up. Discuss your concerns with your provider.

can autonomic defiency come &go in flares &can it slow down respiratory  rate to the point of stopping breaths during sleep? i get this & awake dizzy.

Could be: Autonomic dysfunction is very hard to diagnose, and can have multiple presentations with different symptoms each time. Make an appt with an internal medicine.

when i run a lot i breathe really fast and hard, but when i try to slow it down i feel my throat start closing, vision turns black and get dizzy, why?

Running: I do not know what you mean by running a lot, but if you are not in condition and exceed your limits this can happen.  It would be best to get into a training program and maintain your level and increase it as tolerated.  You should also see your family doctor to make sure your health allows you to do this.

hit head in temple area hard 5 nights ago jolting my neck. pretty sure concussion...i've had several. headache, dizzy, nausea, dazed, slower thought process and have to move slow...etc. no improvement. should i get a ct?

Not necessarily: It would be reasonable to schedule a visit with your doc, go over all your symptoms &amp; have a good exam &amp; see what your doc thinks should be done. Your exam findings should clarify the need for any additional studies.

my dr. recommended vinegar & water for my ear infection. even tho i have it at room temp, i get extremely dizzy afterwards.why?

Try warming it.: For my patients  i suggest a solution of vinegar and alcohol for mild swimmers ear.  You might try warming the solution by holding it in your hands for 5minutes. Cold solution in your ear will cause most people to get dizzy.

Variety of factors: As a woman there are other things in your physical being that can contribute to feelings of lightheaded &amp; dizziness men don't have to worry about such as menstrual periods &amp; their effects. There is the question of GOOD HYDRATION?. You say that you eat "Ok" but we'd really need to define that a bit more, right? Then, there're drugs being taken that deserve attention. What's your doctor say?
