Same as before: Sounds like you are having an acute flare of sciatica.  These symptoms will usually resolve within days to weeks.  Recommend OTC antiinflammatories and or acetaminophen.  If this does not help the pain enough or there is weakness in the leg, then I would recommend seeing your physician for further evaluation and management.

what treatment do i need when i have pain on my left hip and running down the side of my leg to my knee.  mri shows bulging of l4 and l5 disc.

PT: Would start with pt or chiropractic care. Home stretches, nsaids, ice or heat also recommended.  If no improvement then cortisone injections would be an option.

Back pain: You are too young. Just take some over the counter Aleve (naproxen) 500mg 2x a day after food. Do proper back exercises which you can do after watching some free videos in the internet. Be patient and wait. It will take 2-6 weeks for it to heal on its own.

herniated disc l3 l4 l5. is operation the only way out of the pain radiating through my right leg? i have the mri for the lumbar?

my brother (18 y) is suffering from lower back pain radiating to right leg.
his lumbar spine mri report concludes minor disc bulge at l4-l5 without any significant spinal canal narrowing in lumbar spine. kindly guide about the report and what to do?

Sciatica: He has symptoms of sciatica which is an irritation/inflammation of the nerve going down the leg. The minor disc bulge may or may not be related but there is absolutely no need for surgery.  This will resolve with time. He can use over the counter anti-inflammatory meds (ibuprofen ) for symptomatic relief.

i keep waking up or being woken up by severe pain in my right hip joint. sometimes, like today it lasts all morning. and causes acute pain when i try to use my right leg.

Sorry for your pain: Try lying flat on your back either on the floor or in bed.  Bring your right knee up to about 90 degrees - like you are going to pull it to your chest but not so far.  Slowly and gently, rotate your right knee towards the left.  If it reproduces your pain, it could in fact be coming from the ball and socket hip joint.  You really need to see your doc and get an xray of the right hip.

Bump on buttocks: Would f/u with doc could be cyst or abscess and  should be treated /removed. Likely there is nerve irritation/ compression but if infectious do not want it to persist and  extend . f/U with doc urgent care.

hello, i'm 44. i get burning and sometimes stinging pains in my right groin area. it feels like it comes from my right testicle. but when it's bad it goes into my right leg and foot, appendix area and lower back. had 2 l4 l5 disectomies ,08 and '11?

Groin pain: This may be burning/neuropathic pain related to the back. The pain can be radiating from the back around to the front of the groin, abdomen, leg and testicle. You should however, have an exam of the testicle to make sure there is nothing concerning there nd then work up of back thereafter.

veins in my l4&l5 pinched my spinal cord in pregn. right leg is still numb 2yrs later.lower back pain, feels like crushing&grinding.long term affects?

Need to evaluate: This should not have persisted so long.  Your description is consistent with nerve compression in your lower back causing a lumbosacral radiculopathy.  Whether this is due to aberrant blood vessels or a disc herniation needs to be discovered.  An MRI and an EMG should help. See your doctor and get this answered and treated.
