half of my left upper lip has been swollen for 2 days. it hurts to chew my food, brush my teeth. i also have a small pimple above my lip not far nose?

Several Things: This could be one of several problems, the most common of which are allergic swelling and cellulitis, a bacterial skin infection.   The pain with chewing is concerning for other oral soft tissue, sinus, tooth pathology.   This definitely needs an exam. Cool compresses: Use cool compresses on it to decrease inflammation and don't squeeze it. it should resolve in 7-10 days. If you caused an infection in the surrounding skin by squeezing it then it may get worse so in that case you should see a doctor.

Pimple : Herpes manifests as painful blisters that soon crust over and resolve over a week or so only to come back in the same spot in future outbreaks .  Usually herpes rash is preceeded by a tingling or burning sensation. Acne pimples are red or pus bumps that do not blister. See a dermatologist for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

i have a hole above my lip from popping a pimple . i was wondering if i could get it fixed.

Acne scar: some scars can be treated but most can not but visit a dermatologist or plastic surgeon for evaluation.

Just a thought: might be a HERPES SIMPLEX ("Cold Sore") with infection (thus the pus) Suggest you check this out and in the meantime apply wet compresses and a anti-bacterial ointment (ask Pharmacist for recommendation) If it is herpes more SPECIFIC anti-VIRAL medication may be indicated!

MOST LIKELY COLD SOR: The location and description is more suggestive of a cold sore.Having said that it is very difficult to say with certainty what it is without looking at it.If you are concerned about it get it checked by your doctor

Infected hair: This isn't a cold sore / herpes. Try to leave it alone though the natural tendency is to mess with it.
