Pimple : Herpes manifests as painful blisters that soon crust over and resolve over a week or so only to come back in the same spot in future outbreaks . Usually herpes rash is preceeded by a tingling or burning sensation. Acne pimples are red or pus bumps that do not blister. See a dermatologist for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
