The lip swelling has been here four days, and is more the skin above my lip then the lip itself. a pimple has formed there as well, that is painful. when i apllied pressure to it puss came out. what is this?

Just a thought: might be a HERPES SIMPLEX ("Cold Sore") with infection (thus the pus) Suggest you check this out and in the meantime apply wet compresses and a anti-bacterial ointment (ask Pharmacist for recommendation) If it is herpes more SPECIFIC anti-VIRAL medication may be indicated!
