my upper lip is swollen due to the pimple above my lip i have squeezed the pimple and it caused more swelling when it will be reduced?

Cool compresses: Use cool compresses on it to decrease inflammation and don't squeeze it. it should resolve in 7-10 days. If you caused an infection in the surrounding skin by squeezing it then it may get worse so in that case you should see a doctor.
