i have a bump on my head the size of a dime and its flesh colored.  could this be a cist and do i need to get it checked out?

Bump on Head: "bumps" on the scalp can be a variety of disorders. The most common are sebaceous cysts. The other growths could be fibromas, moles, keratoses, and other lesions. Do have it checked out by your general physician or, preferably, by a dermatologist. Depending how long it has been on your scalp it may have to be removed and tested.

i woke up with a medium sized bump on the back of my head its red but doesn't hurt or itch. it feels like its just siting there doing nothing i don't think it is a cyst but i'm not sure could be a bite possibly any suggestions should i be worried?

: Nothing to worry about. It could be a cyst or bite or small abscess. Give it some time. Can apply warm compress to area.

Plan: Nobody can  tell what is this not seeing this bump, but my recommendation is: do not touch it often first, the second you can use bacitracin over the counter ointment to apply 2-3 times a day. And if it not improved in few day, please make the appointment with the doctor. Good luck.

my daughter has a bunch of small bumps on her belly there not red or itchy there not blisters, more like pencil head size, lots of them and they look kinda of like white bumps any idea what this could be?

A : A rash with raised red bumps is called a maculopapular rash and can be caused by many, many things such as: 
-food or drug allergy 
-viral infections such as fifths disease, roseola, ebv, cmv, molluscum just to name a few 
-insect bites such as fleas or scabies 
-bacterial infection such as scarlet fever (caused by strep) 
-medication reaction

or it can be seen in very rare things such as: 
-measles 
-toxic shock syndrome 
-kawasaki disease 
-meningitis 
-stevens-johnson syndrome 
-rocky mountain spotted fever disease

the list goes on and on.

The best thing to do is to call your child's doctor. They may want to take a look to see what it may be. Odds are that if your child does not have a high fever or is not acting sick, then it's probably nothing serious.

noticed pea size bump(4days ago)under skin (has no head like a pimple would) it's deep under the skin. doesn't seem like a cyst. it's hard&doesnt move?

A lump like this`: really needs to be felt by your PCP (Primary Care Provider) however it sounds like an old inflammed LYMPH NODE (gland) from an old infection! The LOCATION as well as the SIZE and CONSISTANCY are used to determine if it needs to be removed!

Get it checked: This may be an infection.  You should get it checked by your doctor to see if you need antibiotics. In the meantime you can apply warm compresses over it to see ifit will point to the surface and drain.  No gaurantees.

Cysts : Cysts are simply sacs of tissue filled with a substance that makes them expand. There are many types of cysts in the body, but the most common in the area you are talking about is a sebaceous cyst. Most are benign problems but some can cause damage to surrounding structure and some, even more rare, can be neoplasms. Cysts typically cannot be treated at home. Definitive treatment of a cyst requires complete removal of the tissue and, in cases where the growth is more aggressive, some surrounding normal tissue is removed to prevent a recurrence. For these reasons you seek care from a surgeon for evaluation, removal and biopsy.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining the lesion. What you described suggests a wart. You may wish to try over the counter treatment for a wart, if that does not help, it would be useful to see a doctor.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

a bump on back of his head and dr said it felt like a normal cyst at his 2 year appt last month.he came down under the weather he had fever for a few days and then got 4 bee stings to head now notice 4 moveable pea sized lumps back of lower head?

: The new bumps are likely normal lymph nodes that have reacted to the bee stings or fever. Lymph nodes process body serum removing infectious or other debris from serum before returning it to the bloodstream. They normally enlarge for a few weeks before returning to smaller size. They are often found in the head or neck where there is minimal fat to cover them.

i have this flesh colored bumps on my nose and they are not skin tag. they are like pimples but, without the itch, redness, cyst. what's this?

Worth getting seen: We can't diagnose you at a distance, but this is worth discussing with your physician, now if it is new, or at your regular appointment if it is not. This may be anything from the "adenoma sebaceum" of mild tuberous sclerosis to early deformity from rosacea to sebaceous hyperplasia. I'll bet on the last.
