Exam needed: The original lump was most likely a blood collection(hematoma)under the skin of the scalp. It receded but now the new swelling could indicate rebleeding, infection, new ingrown hair or cyst. Since it's painful or tender, it should  be evaluated and treated by a physician. Apply warm moist compresses until you are examined.

Skin infection: This sounds like a skin infection which is common in that area of the head. Don't scratch or peel the skin eruptions. Clean it with soap and water, apply   Some antiseptic cream on it (no hydrocortisone !) and see your PCP soon. This infection can be very resistant and can rapidly spread.

ICH: Please  go to the ER this AM STAT , as you need a CT scan and treatment .  They can either do LP, start meds (diamox- but if it is recurring that likely will not work) or  place a shunt.  But go to ER now

Sounds : Sounds like a possible viral upper respiratory tract infection--like a cold.  They usually last 7-10 days and do not need any treatment other than maybe some meds for symptom relief.  The fact it came back again can happen, but it makes me wonder if you may have developed allergies.  If it does not get better, you may want to try an over the counter medication.  Be careful some can make you very drowsy.  It may be best to be seen by a doctor if it does not get better.

: There are a variety of nerves running along the sides of your face. Any burning, cold, tingling, painful jolt, or crawling sensation could be the result of improper stimulation of these nerves = parasthesia. If this is a recurring sensation or you have strange sensations in multiple areas, it might be time to see a neurologist. They can do nerve testing and determine the underlying cause.

BPPV: Hello, it sounds like you are experiencing benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. This is a condition where crystals within chambers of the balance portion of your inner ear. This may only last a few days and may improve with otc medication called meclizine. If the symptoms persist, see your doctor. He/she may recommend further therapy such as an eply maneuver which may cure you immediately.

No: repeated scalp lacerations repaired surgically is not a known contributor to malignancy.  If a tumor developed by history it does not appear to be a glioblastoma since you would have had RT and knowledge of a high incidence of local recurrence.  The tumor you described sounds like a scalp lesion, either benign or malignant and there is a high incidence of local recurrence depending on the path

my foreskin which got pulled is not coming back over the head of penis. this is the first time my foreskin got pulled behind head. am worried now.

Do not: Force it back or you will develop a condition called paraphimosis in which the head of the penis becomes extremely swollen. See a urologist and either ask for a circumcision,or if you are opposed to circ.,you will get a dorsal slit in which he foreskin is split on the top.It is done under local numbing anesthesia. Good luck.
