BPPV: Hello, it sounds like you are experiencing benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. This is a condition where crystals within chambers of the balance portion of your inner ear. This may only last a few days and may improve with otc medication called meclizine. If the symptoms persist, see your doctor. He/she may recommend further therapy such as an eply maneuver which may cure you immediately.
