It feels like someone is blowing cool air on my head. only in one spot. it last for 2-3 seconds and go away and continue to randomly come back. what could this be?

Any burning, cold, tingling, painful jolt, or crawling sensation could be the result of improper stimulation of these nerves = parasthesia.
