Skin infection: This sounds like a skin infection which is common in that area of the head. Don't scratch or peel the skin eruptions. Clean it with soap and water, apply Some antiseptic cream on it (no hydrocortisone !) and see your PCP soon. This infection can be very resistant and can rapidly spread.
