You : You can try taking beano prior to eating foods that cause gas, or try taking gas x after you eat if you experience gas pains or bloating. In additon try cutting down on dairy products and limit your fiber intake if you are eating a high fiber diet. Fiber is good for you, however you have to start out eating very little and slowly increasing over time.
If these things dont work, you should visit your doctor for an evaluation.

for the past year now every time i eat i immediately have lots of gas pain, i think it has to do with to much acid in my stomach or something like that but im not to sure. im never able to fart any gas out, sometimes i can burp but it never helps. ?

Digestion: Actually it might be because you do not have enough acid. Sounds like a digestive issue which is often associated with insufficient diegestive enzymes or acid. Gastroperesis is a condition where the stomach does not empty as fast as it should. Peptic acid disease or gallbladder problems a possibility.

Very unlikely: It sounds like you are on the right track. The PPIs have helped, but you still have some residual reflux symptoms. This is common and may be improved by diet or other lifestyle approaches (elevate head of bed, etc). However, with persistent symptoms you should have an upper endoscopy (EGD) to assess the esophagus and stomach on treatment, and this procedure would also screen for gastric cancer.

Excess gas: Excess gas can be the result of many things; gall bladder disease, malabsorption,  celiac disease to list only a few things. It is most directly caused by bacterial working on poorly digested food or swallowed air. Why the food may be undigested is a larger question. See your doctor

Diarrhea : Diarrhea that lasts for more than a few days must be considered due to a infectious parasite. 
Campers, hikers and people to who come incontact with fresh water can be exposed to numerous parasites due to animals drinking the same water.
I would suggest you see a physician for a stool culture and ova and parasite study. This won't get better without proper treatment.

See MD: CDC website on travel to Jordan recommends hepatitis vaccines. Typhoid which is caused by salmonella food poisoning also a possibility. Were you an adventurous eater? See a gastroenterologist for stool cultures  &amp; test for ova and parasites. Stay hydrated diarrhea after travel mostly supportive care with antibiotics for severe pain or blood in stool. Bloated stomach: hello ~ these symptoms may not be indicative of anything other than that you should eat more slowly, chew longer and swallow less air. BUT, it could be something more ominous. Gastric outlet obstruction could be due to chronic dyspepsia and gastric ulcer disease but it could be due to cancer of the fundus stomach so please see Dr and have Barium meal or endoscopy.thanks

Dyspepsia: Make sure you are not constipated,
Do not eat Processed food. Try to pay attention what kind of food makes you have symptoms. Is it Milk product- then avoid it for a week and see you feel better,
Is it Bread/Pasta/Cockies etc- Then Gluten Free food may help your symptoms.
 If very spicy, Cheezy, grease Food- Avoid them. 
Rx GasX may help you. If persist beyond 1 month get examined.

Excessive gas: This could be as a result of the food you eat ,enzyme deficiency or rapid eating and even smoking.Needless to say,there are multiple causes. Eat slowly,chew food thoroughly, avoid carbonated beverages,limit air swallowing,avoid smoking,limit dairy products,pre-soak beans prior to cooking and consuming and limit high fiber diet
