I get gas every time i eat. this has been happening since i got the stomach flu 6 months ago. i couldn't drink milk for a while also. what is this?

Excessive gas: This could be as a result of the food you eat ,enzyme deficiency or rapid eating and even smoking.Needless to say,there are multiple causes. Eat slowly,chew food thoroughly, avoid carbonated beverages,limit air swallowing,avoid smoking,limit dairy products,pre-soak beans prior to cooking and consuming and limit high fiber diet
