Dyspepsia: Make sure you are not constipated, Do not eat Processed food. Try to pay attention what kind of food makes you have symptoms. Is it Milk product- then avoid it for a week and see you feel better, Is it Bread/Pasta/Cockies etc- Then Gluten Free food may help your symptoms. If very spicy, Cheezy, grease Food- Avoid them. Rx GasX may help you. If persist beyond 1 month get examined.
