No, not simple cyst: Everyone can have 1 or 2 "simple" cysts in the liver &amp; live a long, full life. If it is confirmed to be a simple cyst, &amp; you have no other symptoms or conditions that explain its presence, then there's no need for follow-up. The description of "metastatic Deposits" is concerning for some type of illness or possible cancer that may have spread to the liver? Difficult to say: without additional details. Statistically, if you are of average risk, most small incidental liver lesions are benign. Further diagnostic testing(e.g. CT and/or MRI) may be needed because the US appearance is often too non specific.

Indeterminate: There are a variety of benign and malignant abnormalities of the liver. Sounds like they are reporting something that might or might not be a significant abnormality.  Looks like you have had an abdomen MRI...this should be able to visualize a liver mass if there is one.  If possible, have the MRI sent to the radiologist so he/she can compare it to the US and make a more definitive determination.

No easy answer: Hyperdense may mean it enhances with contrast, is calcified, or contains blood products. Do you have a history of cancer? Check with your doctor to see if the lesion is considered suspicious and if 'more prominent' means it is larger.

Hypodense liver: The list of causes of hypodense liver lesions is rather extensive and can be either benign or malignant.  More clinical information would be necessary.    In the absence of any underlying disease  - i would recommend close followup and perhaps maybe a liver specialist visit for possible biopsy.   Good luck
