I am not sure if they are referring to another part of body, since the term applies to the openings in the joint or tissue that allows passage of nerves and blood vessels.

You have a bony spur projecting from the acromion and that can be a source of irritation.

You can't: Ac joint dislocations are graded in severity and range from spraining the joint without dislocation to complete dislocations.  There is no way to relocate the joint and have it stay reduced without surgical repair or reconstruction of the ligaments that hold the joint together.  This isn't always necessary and your orthopaedic surgeon can tell you the pluses and minuses of surgery vs no surgery.

That's the only thng: All that means is that u have arthritic change in the ac joint . If no other findings, if this is symptomatic a simple ac resection will take care of the problem. This will b of help only if this is  very symptomatic ; ur only complaint. B sure u r not missing anything else in the image findings.

depending on the severity of the sprain
the milder ones heal in 2-3 weeks.

treatment.
