It sounds like there: is fluid in the joint which is distended. This in turn pushes up on the supraspinatus & deforms it or makes it bow upwards. @ the, level of its attachment @ the humoral head. Mod cart loss @ AC joint means there's arthritis there, or could also B from infection or inflammation.
