i don't want to take probiotic pills, and i don't eat dairy/yogurt. what foods can i eat to get probiotics from?

Any symptoms?: There is no objective evidence pro-biotics provide any benefit. 
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Experiment with both: Apart from certain probiotics such as saccharomyces boulardii,  in clinical testing, most probiotics are inconsistent in their effectiveness in restoring normal intestinal flora functioning. Though pre-meal dosing may work in some people, a post-mealtime dose may work on others.  In most cases, it doesn't harm the patient-  but is it worth the extra health resource dollars? That'is debatable.

is probiotics good to take during or just after food poisoning?

Pro mean with: and bio means life.  Probiotics help the GI system digest food.  Anti means against. So, if one takes excessive antibiotics (which are sometimes needed) they can kill off the good bacteria in our GI systems and we can have digestive problems.  This can happen w/out antibiotics at times too.  So, the probiotics replace the good bacteria that are missing or low.  Peace.  Yes, take after poisoning.

i'm vegan and i take b complex but i was wondering if i can also get it from food? also do probiotics in our bodies really make the b12?

NO : The probiotics do not make B12 and vegan diets do not get enough of b vitamins. Need high quality supplements.

how long does gastritis take to heal? had it for 7 weeks now, been taking probiotics, zantac, (ranitidine) buscopan and eating fresh food and its getting worse

Time for a change...: Zantac (ranitidine) in doses less than 100mg (otc dosing is 75mg) effectively inhibits basal & nighttime acid output by the stomach. However, food-stimulated acid production & tobacco/ nsaid/ alcohol injury may need bigger "guns." prescription-strength doses of zantac (ranitidine) are 150-300mg twice daily. Stop tobacco, nsaids, & drinking alcohol, & ask your doctor if time to switch medication or to get further testing.

i have a food sensitivity to casein and gluten so i dont eat gluten or dairy. i seem to have excessive flatulents especially at night. i take probiotics too. ?

Basics : Your gas is a combination of air you swallow during feeds and that created when gut germs digest nutrients you do not absorb. A food diary may help you spot other foods you consume that may feed the gas producing germs so you could avoid them.

Do not matter: probiotics are bacteria cultures that are taken to promote good bacteria numbers on the gut so it will take some time to make effect . While they multiply and get to the adequate levels.could be taken with food or not and with vitamin supplements.

no matter how small the meal or the food i get incredibly bloated! i take gas-x and probiotics. i get so bloated, i get an irregular heartbeat. advice?

See primary: Need to see your primary and get a physical/complete history and EKG.Depending on that lab work and likely EGD by gastroenterologist  where they look into stomach.Maynor may not need a referral to Cardiologist.

diagnosed w/ c-diff 10 12/19/22.. given 10 days of vancomycin. added florastor probiotic. how do i know when i am better & can start adding back more foods to my diet? do i keep taking florastor daily or take a different probiotic for my gut health?

: If you are no longer having diarrhea, you can resume your usual diet. Probiotics are generally not useful.

Gastritis: You can safely take probiotics, but they will do nothing for your symptoms. Discuss with your doctor because it may be important to check again with a scope to make sure serious complications have not developed.  Avoid any foods that exacerbate symptoms.
