Yes: Taking a regular multi vitamin is fine with the medications you mention.  It's even better to eat a lot of fruits and vegetables if your health allows.  Fruits and vegetables contain additional nutrients such as phytochemicals and antioxidants that multivitamins don't have.  Hope this answer helps.

All meds have some: No known interactions between buspar, (buspirone) Propranolol and synthroid. 
There are cautions for known sensitivity to that drug class, recent use of MAO inhibitors (a type of antidepressant) or use in the setting of kidney or liver problems.

Buspar (buspirone) : Buspar (buspirone) is very different that xanax or ativan. It is not addictive, not a benzodiazapine and does not have the same mood altering affects. It works gently. Some people don't realize there is a difference (unless they stop taking it). I think it is a wonderful medication.

Usually, safe.: Although theoretically, there could be blood pressure or heart rate effects of Buspar (buspirone) due to its effects upon serotonin and  dopamine, there are no reports of buspar-induced wpw-associated arrhythmias.  Interestingly, although IV beta-blocker might not halt a wpw-related arrhythmia, oral beta blockers  seem to decrease stress-related recurrences of tachycardia in WPW patients.

Eat sensibly: In the studies i've seen of people who eat a reasonable diet (a variety of fruits and vegetables, a good iron source and avoiding the worst of the greasy / sugary / salty stuff), adding vitamin supplements did not improve their health. I bet you already see through the glitzy ads for the pricey "supplements" and if you choose a supplement, it'll be a cheap drugstore-chain vitamin & mineral tablet.

i take 50 mg of zinc daily along with a multi-vitamin. some days, i get nauseous when i take them. what should i eat or drink with them?

Nausea -common  : Nausea is a common side effect seen with any of  zinc salts. 50 mg zinc daily plus a multivitamin (also contains zinc) increases the risk of nausea. Zinc is better absorped on an empty stomach(max daily 40-50 mg elemental zinc).Taking with food/plenty water may reduce nausea. If nausea persist discontinue zinc supplement if not prescribe by your doctor/otherwise talk with doctor.

Waste of money: A cheap daily multivitamin is intended to cover everybody in normal health even if they need a little more than the next person. The pricey vitamins are sold by people who are trying to mislead you. Don't reward them.

None needed: If you are eating a mixed diet you do not need supplements. 
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.
